The practice was established by Bernard Eacock DipTP, MRTPI, having gained over 18 years experience as a local authority Planning Officer dealing with a varied caseload of planning applications within National Park's, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AoNB's) and Conservation Areas.

As town planning consultants, we offer extensive experience in dealing with planning applications for residential development, employment, commercial, retail, agricultural and leisure uses. The practice can offer truly comprehensive planning advice.

We are equally conversant with rural planning issues and specialise in the submission of planning applications affecting protected landscapes such as National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AoNB) and Conservation Areas. A claim few town planning consultants can make.
